Framework agreement for support and fault resolution for active network technology

Summary

ÜSTRA Hannoversche Verkehrsbetriebe Aktiengesellschaft is procuring on-demand IT services under a framework agreement to maintain, support, service and develop its metro-Ethernet-scale network infrastructure. The work covers Extreme Networks and Hirschmann network equipment, LANCOM equipment and the Macmon RADIUS solution, including second-level support and third-level support in coordination with manufacturers, fault resolution, preventive maintenance, updates and on-site service. The procurement is not divided into lots, and the framework agreement runs for 47 months, from 1 February 2027 to 31 December 2030.
