Energy-efficient renovation of Gut Eichthal: basement ceiling and attic insulation

Summary

The City of Overath is procuring insulation works to the basement ceiling and attic of the Gut Eichthal building. The works include, among other things, insulation of 157 m² of basement ceiling, 68.8 m² of basement wall and 176 m² of attic floor, with a vapour barrier, timber framing and OSB boards. The building will remain in use during construction; provision is also made for 15 hours of skilled labour and 15 hours of helper labour if required.
