Energy-efficient renovation of the Gut Eichthal main building: windows and entrance doors

Summary

The City of Overath is procuring window and external-door replacement works for the energy-efficient renovation of the Gut Eichthal main building. The scope includes removing and disposing of the existing windows, doors and window sills; supplying and installing approximately 33 new windows and two aluminium entrance doors; and protecting rooms during the works. It also includes 10 hours of skilled labour and 10 hours of assistant labour for unforeseen work ordered by the client or construction management. The work will be carried out in stages while the building remains in use.
