Framework agreement for advisory services on international law and criminal law

Summary

The Rosa Luxemburg Foundation is procuring a 24-month framework agreement for advisory and related services covering international law, human rights and international criminal law, transitional justice, migration and the European border regime, and corporate responsibility for climate, resources, labour rights and human rights. Services include legal advice and research; drafting legal opinions, studies and other texts; designing and delivering workshops and events; audiovisual and communications work; and international cooperation. The contract runs from 3 November 2026 to 2 November 2028, with an estimated value of EUR 200,000 and a maximum value of EUR 210,000 excluding VAT. The procurement is not divided into lots.
