Energy efficiency improvements at Adam J. Krusenstern Street 25–26, Lot 1 – Scaffolding works

Summary

WIRO Wohnen in Rostock is procuring the erection, maintenance and dismantling of scaffolding for facade works at the residential buildings at Adam J. Krusenstern Street 25–26. The works cover the street-facing and courtyard-facing facades of both buildings, which are up to 18.8 metres high, and associated stair towers, protective roofs, pedestrian tunnels and dust screens. Scaffolding works will be carried out in phases in 2027 while the buildings remain occupied.
