Framework Agreement for Heating and Central Domestic Hot Water Maintenance in Göttingen

Summary

The City of Göttingen is procuring a framework agreement for maintenance and repair work on heating and central domestic hot water systems in its buildings, including schools, kindergartens and other municipal properties. The estimated annual contract volume is EUR 105,000. The agreement starts on 1 January 2027 and initially runs until 31 December 2027; it may be extended to a maximum total term of three years, ending no later than 31 December 2029. Construction projects with a net value of at least EUR 15,000 will be awarded separately.
