Construction of a modular building for a 3T MRI

Summary

The Max Planck Institute for Human Development is seeking a turnkey, single-storey modular research building of approximately 144–160 m² at Lentzeallee 94 in Berlin. The building must accommodate and support the operation of an already ordered Siemens Healthineers 3T MRI scanner and radiofrequency cabin; the scanner and cabin are outside the construction contractor’s scope and will be supplied at the client’s arrangement. The building will include a control room, technical rooms, a changing room and toilet, a reception area, and a preparation room. The works start above the ground and foundation works provided by the client; the client will carry out the external landscaping and sewer works.
