Utility pipeline construction and sewer rehabilitation on Hauptstraße

Summary

The City of Göttingen and local infrastructure utilities are procuring sewer, utility pipeline and roadworks on Hauptstraße. The scope includes, among other items, 295 m of DN/OD 160 polyethylene pipe, 260 m of DN 800 and 60 m of DN 1000 large-diameter PE sewer pipe, PE-liner rehabilitation of the wastewater sewer, construction of a stormwater sewer, and renewal of stormwater and wastewater service connections. It also includes trench works for a district-heating route and routes for cable-protection ducts, as well as road-surface reinstatement; installation of the district-heating pipes themselves is excluded. The procurement is not divided into lots, although each contracting entity will commission its own part of the works.
