Development of a laser platform for perovskite crystallisation and annealing using scalable optical processes

Summary

Fraunhofer’s Institute for Solar Energy Systems ISE is procuring the development of one laser-platform prototype for perovskite crystallisation and annealing. The work includes developing processes using ultraviolet, visible and infrared laser sources and building a modular platform for samples up to 210 × 210 mm, with a vacuum table, motorised movement on three axes, laser–scanner interfaces, control software, and space for integrating sensors and optics. The platform must be suitable for integration into a glovebox and demonstrate full crystallisation of a 210 × 210 mm workpiece in under 30 seconds; it will be made available to ISE for one year.
