Development and support for VgV procedures for planning services for the Seestraße project

Summary

Technische Universität Berlin is procuring services to develop and conduct the procurement procedure for the planning team for the comprehensive refurbishment of its Seestraße campus buildings and construction of a laboratory extension. The work includes preparing the procedure schedule, service specification, evaluation matrix and tender documents; handling bidder questions and offers; reviewing the economic viability of fee proposals; and preparing a procurement recommendation. It also includes preparing and conducting presentations by the planning team and evaluating them. The planning disciplines are architecture, laboratory planning, structural engineering, building services, fire protection and landscape architecture.
