Technische Universität Berlin is commissioning a fire safety assessment and action and compensation plan for Stadtbahnbögen 497–502 at Müller-Breslau-Straße 15 in Berlin. The work includes reviewing existing documents and inspecting the site, including fire doors, the fire alarm system, escape routes, emergency-service access and building arrangements. Deliverables include documentation of deficiencies and measures, compensatory measures, a schedule and a final report; escape-route and fire service plans are to be updated where possible.
