Central Emergency Department, Phase 2: Renovation and Building Services Works

Summary

University Hospital Halle is procuring the second phase of renovation in its central emergency department, including heating, ventilation and sanitary installation works. The scope includes replacing sanitary fixtures and pipework, adapting the heating system, partially rebuilding the ventilation system and installing two split air-conditioning units of up to 3.5 kW. The work will be phased so the emergency department can remain operational and includes testing, commissioning and documenting the affected systems. The planned contract period is 7 January to 30 July 2027; the procurement is not divided into lots.
