Rostock Waterworks Warehouse Renovation: Painting and Flooring Works

Summary

The procurement concerns renovation of Nordwasser GmbH’s warehouse in Rostock (Lot 9), comprising painting and refurbishment coatings for interior and exterior surfaces and installation of floor finishes. The work includes painting walls, ceilings, the hall’s roof panels and beams, coating steel doors and frames, and installing approximately 215 m² of non-slip epoxy flooring. Stainless-steel corner guards must also be installed, and a lift with a working height of up to 8.1 m is required for approximately four weeks.
