Building cleaning for the German Academic Scholarship Foundation

Summary

The procurement is for regular cleaning of two buildings used by the German Academic Scholarship Foundation at Ahrstraße 41 and Mittelstraße 43 in Bonn. The buildings have a total floor area of 3,522.55 m², of which 2,932.28 m² is to be cleaned. The service starts on 1 May 2027 and runs until 30 April 2029. The contract is not divided into lots, and variant bids are not permitted. The contractor must follow the cleaning methods, frequencies and quality requirements set out in the tender documents and submit the required pricing, quality, cleaning-plan and suitability documents. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 10 November 2026. The evaluation weights are price 70%, quality management 20% and training hours 10%. Invoices will be issued monthly and paid within 30 days of receipt of a verifiable invoice.
