Reconstruction of Hilferter Höfe Street in Linnich

Summary

The procurement covers the full reconstruction of a section of Hilferter Höfe street in Linnich, between house numbers 1 and 2. The work includes removing the existing asphalt, excavating to an average depth of about 0.5 m and properly managing the excavated material, installing a substructure of certified RCL I recycled material, and laying new asphalt layers. The total pavement structure is 58 cm: a 20 cm frost-protection layer, a 20 cm crushed-stone base, a 14 cm asphalt base course and a 4 cm asphalt surface course. The works also include relaying paving slabs, traffic management and securing the site, and documenting the work. Two separate invoices must be issued for work on public and private land. The works are scheduled for 1 March to 30 April 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically by 5 November 2026 at 11:00. Price is the sole award criterion. The contract is not divided into lots, and variant bids are not permitted. Bidders must submit the completed bid letter and priced bill of quantities, and, where applicable, a list of subcontracted services and a joint-bid declaration. Non-prequalified bidders must also submit a suitability self-declaration. A site visit is strongly recommended before submitting a bid.
