Occupational safety specialist under DGUV V2

Summary

The tender is for occupational safety specialist services for the Pritzwalk municipal administration under DGUV V2, starting on 1 January 2027. The provider will advise the employer on workplace safety and accident prevention, carry out regular safety inspections at municipal facilities, investigate workplace accidents, support the preparation and updating of risk assessments, and prepare for and attend occupational safety committee meetings. The service covers, among other locations, the municipal administration, works yard, cemetery, daycare centres, schools, museum and library. The calculated scope covers 240 employees and 150 hours of annual basic support, including 90 hours of work by the occupational safety specialist. The bidder must provide evidence of the required professional qualification and at least three years of relevant experience, and name a regular specialist and a qualified substitute. In the event of a serious accident, the specialist must be able to attend on site within 24 hours. The bid must state a separate fixed price for basic support, hourly rates and estimated hours for additional work, and travel costs per site visit. The contract is due to start on 1 January 2027 and run for four years. Bids must be submitted in German by 10:00 on 4 November 2026.
