L71 cycle path: construction of two bridges and extension of two culverts

Summary

The contract covers the construction of two new reinforced-concrete bridges and the partial demolition and extension of the existing culverts on the Ahe and Schillgraben streams, as part of a planned cycle path alongside the L71. The works are near Höckel, between Voltlage and Fürstenau. The contractor must also prepare construction drawings and structural calculations, arrange temporary water diversion and traffic safety, and reinstate affected roads and ground surfaces after the works. The tender must include a priced bill of quantities and the required declarations. Price is the sole award criterion; the contract is not divided into lots and variant tenders are not permitted. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 4 November 2026.
