Leasing of six electric vehicles for the City of Buchholz

Summary

The contract concerns the 48-month lease of six identical, fully electric B-segment small cars for the City of Buchholz, starting on 1 March 2027. Combined energy consumption must not exceed 16 kWh per 100 km, and the combined driving range must be at least 300 km. Requirements include, among other features, at least 420 litres of luggage capacity with the rear seats in use and at least 1,200 litres with the rear seats folded, all-season tyres, air conditioning, a parking heater, and electrically adjustable, heated exterior mirrors. Bidders must state whether they will provide a replacement vehicle during maintenance and repairs free of charge, for a daily fee, or not at all. Price is the sole award criterion; the contract is not divided into lots and alternative offers are not permitted. Bids must be submitted electronically using the prescribed forms by 29 October 2026 at 11:00. Bidders must provide a suitability declaration or the European Single Procurement Document, the required registration and tax documents, and references for comparable supplies.
