Supply of bicycle service stations

Summary

The contract covers the supply of 16 freestanding, individually branded bicycle service stations for permanent public use. They must be delivered to six locations: five each in the Amelinghausen and Neuenkirchen areas, two each in the Schneverdingen and Bothel areas, and one each in the Visselhövede and Hanstedt areas. The stations must be made of powder-coated stainless steel, be suitable for long-term outdoor use, and include a QR code linking to German-language repair instructions and the specified tools. The supplier must coordinate two different designs, including at least one revision round, arrange delivery appointments in advance, and document handover in writing. The offer must state the unit price per station and the total price for all 16, together with delivery costs and the requested discount information. Price is the sole award criterion. The offer must be submitted electronically in German by 27 October 2026 at 11:30 and remain binding until 8 December 2026. Alternative offers are not permitted. To participate, bidders must submit a suitability self-declaration or the European Single Procurement Document and confirm that they meet the stated experience, staffing and compliance requirements.
