Roofing works

Summary

The tender is for a framework agreement covering roof repairs, maintenance and other roofing works at properties owned by the Municipality of Isernhagen. Work will be ordered as needed through individual call-offs. The estimated pricing breakdown is hourly work (55%, estimated at EUR 24,750), the StLB 638 price list (40%, EUR 18,000) and the StLB 639 price list (5%, EUR 2,250); approximately 50 journeys to and from the site per year are also anticipated.
