Renovation of Storchennest Daycare Centre in Tützpatz: Painting and Flooring Works

Summary

This is Lot 4 of the renovation of the Storchennest daycare centre in Tützpatz: interior painting and flooring works. The work includes removing existing wallpaper and paint finishes from walls and ceilings and disposing of the waste properly; preparing and filling surfaces; applying new wallpaper or paint; and installing PVC flooring and stair coverings, including substrate preparation and levelling, skirting and finishing profiles. The scope includes, among other items, removal of 1,072 m² of wall covering, 159 m² of homogeneous PVC flooring and 368 m² of PVC flooring with impact-sound insulation. The eastern part of the daycare centre will remain in use during construction: noisy work is prohibited from 12:00 to 14:00 and must be coordinated with the centre at other times. Work must first be completed in the western after-school care area before starting in the eastern nursery and kindergarten areas. Offers must be submitted electronically in text form by 8:00 a.m. on 14 October 2026. Price is the sole award criterion. The offer must include the required suitability and compliance declarations and evidence of insurance and absence of debts to the relevant authorities, or permitted self-declarations in their place. The bidder must also confirm compliance with Russia-related restrictions, ILO core labour standards and applicable minimum working conditions. The contractor must provide sufficient qualified German-speaking supervisory staff, and workers must hold the permits required to work in Germany.
