Planning and commissioning of the electronic and mechanical locking system for the Smart Mobility Lab
Summary
The procurement covers the planning, supply, installation, programming, system integration, commissioning and documentation of an electronic and mechanical locking system for the Smart Mobility Lab. The proposed connected digital system is based on SimonsVoss System 3060 and includes interior and exterior doors, transponders, wireless networking and access control. The works also include mechanical security locks for technical equipment and cabinets, as well as digital locking components for electrically operated gates and fence access and service gates. Further tasks include on-site measurement, radio coverage testing, locking and access-rights planning, programming, functional testing and complete system documentation. The work site is the TU Dresden Smart Mobility Lab in Hoyerswerda, with performance scheduled from 2 to 27 November 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 11:00 on 16 October 2026. The contract is not divided into lots and variant bids are not permitted, but multiple main bids are allowed. Price is the only award criterion. The bidder must demonstrate suitability either through registration in the construction-company prequalification register or by submitting a completed suitability declaration with the bid; information demonstrating professional competence is also required.
