CircEcon electronic locking system supply and commissioning

Summary

The procurement covers the design, supply, installation, programming, system integration, commissioning, testing and documentation of an electronic and mechanical locking system for the CircEcon research centre. The digital solution must use the networked SimonsVoss System 3060 and cover building entrances and doors, transponders, WaveNet router nodes and access control. The work also includes replacing or adapting mechanical security locks on technical cabinets and equipment, and integrating the locking components with electrically operated Hörmann gates. The contractor must carry out on-site measurements and radio coverage measurements and prepare the locking and access-rights plan. Tenders must be submitted electronically in German by 10:00 on 16 October 2026; price is the only award criterion. The work is scheduled for 2–27 November 2026.
