Cleaning and window cleaning for VKWA Salzwedel’s office and social building

Summary

The contract covers cleaning services for the office and social building at the VKWA Salzwedel operating site from 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2030. Regular cleaning is required for 20 office rooms (376 m²), one meeting room (86 m²), 3 common rooms (71 m²), 4 changing rooms (66 m²), 8 toilet rooms (98 m²), 3 shower and wash rooms (41 m²), corridors and 2 stairwells (230 m² in total), 3 kitchens and one dining room (95 m² in total). The service also includes complete cleaning of the glass and frames of 82 windows (235 m²). The contract is not divided into lots. Alternative offers are permitted if they provide equivalent quality and the bidder demonstrates equivalence and clearly describes the proposed solution and its benefit. The deadline for submitting offers is 29 October 2026 at 14:00, and price is the sole award criterion. The bidder must provide a suitability self-declaration, the required valid certificates, proof of business liability insurance and the documents specified in Annexes 3.1–3.5 of the service description.
