Structural works for the disaster-response warehouse at the fire and disaster protection competence centre

Summary

The tender covers foundation and structural shell works for the disaster-response warehouse at the fire and disaster protection competence centre in Treuen. The work includes excavating and disposing of 900 m³ of soil; placing 750 m³ of mineral aggregate beneath foundations and the floor slab; constructing 144 m³ of formwork foundations and frost-protection strips; a 131 m³ reinforced-concrete floor slab; 18 in-situ reinforced-concrete columns up to 7 m high; six precast reinforced-concrete trusses approximately 17 m long; and steel bracing for the trusses. Work is expected to start on 1 March 2027 and finish on 13 August 2027, with a total duration of 24 weeks. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 27 October 2026 at 14:30. Price is the sole award criterion. The performance security is 5% of the gross contract sum, and the defects-liability security is 3% of the gross final account. Alternative bids are permitted only alongside a main bid.
