Supply of sleeve badges for the Saxon correctional service

Summary

The tender is for the supply of 15,000 woven sleeve badges for the Saxon correctional service uniform. Each badge must have a dark fleece backing and a 3 mm overlocked edge, measure 98 × 79 mm, and display the Saxon coat of arms and the word “JUSTIZ”. Materials must comply with Öko-Tex Standard 100, Category II, and the product must not contain substances harmful to health. A sample must accompany the offer and will be assessed alongside price: price and quality each account for 50% of the score. Quality is judged on the weave, edge, colour and overall appearance; an average score below 2.5 points for any quality criterion results in rejection. Bidders must provide turnover information for the last three financial years and normally three comparable references. Offers must be submitted electronically in German by 29 October 2026 at 12:00. Badges must be packed in bundles of 50 and cartons of 1,500; delivery is free to the destination, and the delivery truck must have a tail lift.
