Metalwork for the GCT Incubator, VE 3031

Summary

The tender covers metalwork and related works for fitting out floors 3–5 of the GCT incubator in the new Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies building. The work includes approximately 430 m³ of working scaffolding and about 100 m of additional scaffold lifts, around 36 m² of decking on the top scaffold level for ceiling work, a two-storey steel spiral staircase with intermediate and landing platforms, approximately 100 m² of steel-sheet ceiling-edge cladding, about 38 m² of glass railing to DIN 18008, and roughly 47 m² of a modular light ceiling with LED lighting and a fabric diffuser.
