Construction of HOA 128.2a and 128.3a on the Emmerich–Oberhausen line

Summary

The tender covers works for the first stage of expanding the Emmerich–Oberhausen railway line (line 2270) to three tracks. A dual installation, HOA/FBOA 128.2a and 128.3a, must be built to monitor the two existing tracks. The installation and its components must be designed to allow the later addition of single installation 128.1a to monitor the third track. After the new installation has been successfully commissioned, the existing installation at kilometre 7.020 must be dismantled. Detailed design must be prepared before the works are carried out.
