Waste Paper Recovery

Summary

The contract covers the collection and recovery of waste paper, paperboard and cardboard, together with the provision of containers at Barkenweg 6 in Oldenburg. The service period is 1 December 2026 to 31 December 2027. The contract is not divided into lots, and variant bids are not permitted. Bids must be submitted electronically by 20 October 2026 at 12:00. Price is the only award criterion. The supplier must provide proof of its status as a certified waste-management company, liability insurance details, and the required declarations concerning employment and wage laws, tax payments, insolvency and other specified matters.
