Supply of traffic signs and accessories

Summary

The tender covers the supply of traffic signs, mounting equipment, traffic guidance devices and accessories for the road maintenance depots in the Stralsund road authority’s area. Items include reflective traffic and supplementary signs, posts and fastening materials, traffic safety and guidance equipment, and cycle-route signs. The quantities represent an estimated annual requirement for repairs and replacement; actual call-off quantities may differ from the listed quantities, and prices must not increase when quantities vary. Bids must be in German, use the prescribed forms and be submitted by 14 October 2026 at 10:00; variant bids are not permitted. Price is the sole award criterion. As preliminary evidence of suitability, bidders must submit a suitability self-declaration or the European Single Procurement Document and comply with applicable employment conditions; where no sectoral collective-agreement minimum applies, the tender documents specify a minimum wage of EUR 13.98 gross per hour.
