Supply of delineator posts and accessories

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of roadside delineator posts and accessories, as well as guardrail reflectors, grass-stop plates, flexible posts, snow poles, route and station signs, and other marking accessories for road maintenance units in the Stralsund road authority’s area. Quantities are estimated annual requirements for repair and renewal, and actual call-off quantities may differ from those listed. The delineator posts must comply, among other requirements, with DIN EN 12899-3 and use UV-resistant materials and retroreflectors; metal parts must be hot-dip galvanised. A five-year warranty is required for the delineator posts. Deliveries are made against the authority’s call-offs, carriage paid to the relevant road maintenance unit, within 10 days, with advance notice and a delivery note. The supplier is responsible for unloading, must include transport and packaging costs in the unit prices, and must take back used delineator posts and grass-stop plates free of charge if requested. The contract period is 1 January 2027 to 30 June 2029. Price is the sole award criterion, and alternative tenders are not allowed.
