Maintenance of technical systems at the London studio

Summary

The procurement covers maintenance and inspection services for the technical systems at ZDF’s London studio for 2027, with an option to extend the contract until 31 December 2030. The systems include ventilation and air conditioning, refrigeration, heating and sanitary installations, and electrical systems. The contractor will carry out maintenance, inspections, repairs and required tests; provide necessary tools and operating supplies; dispose of waste; and provide a 24-hour on-call service with a response time of up to four hours.
