Maintenance of technical systems at the Paris foreign studio

Summary

The tender covers annual maintenance and upkeep of the technical systems at ZDF’s Paris foreign studio from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with an option to extend the contract until 31 December 2030. The work includes equipment maintenance, inspections, fault repairs, required checks and support for statutory expert inspections; supplying tools and auxiliary materials; waste disposal; and keeping a maintenance log. The systems include, among other things, heating and plumbing, ventilation and cooling equipment, electrical installations, fire alarm systems and smoke extraction. The asset list is not exhaustive. Routine maintenance and inspections are to be carried out on working days between 08:30 and 17:00. The contractor must provide round-the-clock on-call cover, including Sundays and public holidays, and begin responding to a fault within four hours of notification. The annual maintenance fee includes minor repairs taking up to one hour of work and spare parts costing up to EUR 300 net per part. Larger repairs and spare parts costing more than EUR 300 net must be ordered separately after agreement and submission of a written quotation; an estimated 20 hours per year of repair work outside routine maintenance is included for pricing purposes. The contractor must document the work and its results and ensure that appropriately qualified staff are available and that the systems remain safe and operational. The tender must include the required suitability declarations and specific permits, competence evidence and certificates. The bid must be submitted in German by 23 October 2026 at 10:15.
