Maintenance of technical systems at the Brussels Foreign Studio
Summary
The tender covers maintenance and servicing of the ZDF foreign studio’s technical systems at Avenue d’Auderghem 94 in Brussels. The systems include air-conditioning and ventilation, refrigeration, heating and plumbing, electrical installations and emergency lighting, fire alarms, control and alarm systems, doors and gates, as well as inspections of the listed equipment. The contractor will carry out maintenance, inspections, minor repairs and fault correction; hygiene inspections and cleaning; support for statutory expert inspections; inspections by qualified persons; maintenance records; and provision of necessary tools, consumables and waste disposal. The contract runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with an option to extend until 31 December 2030. The annual lump sum includes minor repairs requiring up to one working hour and spare parts costing up to EUR 300 net per item. Larger repairs and more expensive parts are ordered separately on the basis of a written quotation. Faults must be addressed without delay, and a 24-hour on-call service must ensure that work begins within four hours. Normal working hours are 08:30–17:00 on weekdays, and the contractor must assign a qualified specialist familiar with the site’s operations. The estimated allowance for repair work is 40 hours per year. The bidder must submit the required self-declarations and price offer and demonstrate relevant previous experience and the availability of suitably qualified staff. The submission deadline is 23 October 2026 at 10:00.
