Summary

The tender covers the complete design and construction of a replacement building for a district operations unit at Liepnitzstraße 33–37 in Berlin. The contractor must provide temporary container accommodation, demolish the existing building, update the execution design and prepare detailed and workshop drawings, construct a new two-storey solid-structure building, then remove the temporary facilities and restore the outdoor area.
