Summary

The tender covers the renewal of approximately 310 m² of flooring at Annedore-Leber Primary School: removing the existing linoleum and skirting, milling and preparing the subfloor, and installing 2 mm rubber flooring (298 m² rated R10 and 12 m² rated R9). The work also includes levelling and repair materials, edge details, skirting, initial cleaning and care of the new flooring, and one entrance mat. Work is scheduled to begin in week 9 of 2027 and must be completed by week 30 of 2027. Bidders must submit a priced offer with a unit-price breakdown and comply during performance with the school site's safety, access, working arrangements, waste-handling and pay requirements. The tender documents require a suitable German-speaking site manager and deputy, as well as a named health-and-safety lead, a risk assessment and designated first-aiders. The school will remain in operation during the works; bidders must account for limited access and storage, and weekday working hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
