Sewer rehabilitation works

Summary

The procurement covers rehabilitation of Fürth’s asbestos-cement sewer network, including cleaning, CCTV inspection, temporary wastewater bypass, preparatory work, manhole repairs and traffic management. The pipes are to be rehabilitated using liners and the low-emission BT 61 method: approximately 1,050 m of DN 300 pipe and 225 m of DN 400 pipe. Connections are to be rehabilitated by robotic methods or hat-profile lining. The contract is not divided into lots. Work must start within 15 working days of contract award and be completed by 30 June 2027. The bidder must demonstrate relevant previous experience and the ability to provide the workforce needed for the work; non-prequalified bidders must submit a suitability self-declaration with their bid.
