Disposal of stone fill material – Part 2

Summary

The tender covers the removal and handling of 2,300 tonnes of stone fill material (stockpile 4, waste code 17 05 04) stored at the Oerlenbach commuter car park as part of roadworks on the B286. The material is classified as DKI. The contractor must arrange transport and waste treatment and include the costs in the unit price; loosening and loading will be carried out by the road construction contractor. Priority must be given to preparing the material for reuse or, if that is not possible, to the highest practicable level of recovery. Before removal, the contractor must submit a responsible-party declaration and an acceptance declaration and complete the required waste verification procedure. The work period is 16–27 November 2026. The offer must be submitted electronically in German; price is the sole award criterion. Participation requires the prescribed offer and qualification documents and evidence of suitability, including information on comparable work, turnover and staffing.
