Retrofit of fall protection at culvert structures

Summary

The tender covers the design and installation of fall-protection systems at several existing culvert structures. The contractor must clear vegetation from the work areas, survey site conditions, design and adapt tubular guardrails based on the GEL 7 guidance, and supply and install them. The guardrails are to be fixed to the existing structures with base plates or, where needed, supported by newly built isolated foundations. The works also include necessary preparatory work and providing and maintaining traffic-safety measures while work is under way. Work must start no later than 1 February 2027 and be completed no later than 19 July 2027. Bids must be submitted in German; the bidder must demonstrate comparable past experience and provide the required suitability information.
