Maintenance of ventilation systems in Eschborn

Summary

The contract covers maintenance of the ventilation and related technical systems in GIZ buildings 1, 2, 4 and 5 in Eschborn from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027. The work includes maintenance and inspection, repairs and fault resolution, system and software support, correction of faults in the existing system, component cleaning, and advice on interfaces between technical systems. Maintenance is generally annual; filters on some units must be replaced in spring and autumn. The contractor must provide a fault-response service, with response times of 8 hours for Class A equipment and 48 hours for Class B equipment. Minor repairs costing up to €500 net per unit and maintenance period are included in the maintenance price. The bid must include the required bidder information, suitability self-declaration, offer form and completed bill of quantities. The site representative responsible for the work must speak German at level B2 or higher; evidence of staff qualifications must be provided when requested by the contracting authority.
