Electrical works for the Walbeck daycare centre extension (Lot 16)

Summary

The tender concerns electrical works for the extension of the daycare centre in Walbeck, Lot 16. The work includes connecting 26 cables and wires to the existing meter and distribution installation; installing 116 electrical devices, such as switches, sockets and motion detectors, 121 equipment, data and junction boxes, and 24 general and emergency lights; installing a data network with a data distributor and data outlets; commissioning the existing intercom system; and laying 1,860 m of cables and wires. Work is scheduled to start on 1 December 2026 and be completed by 26 February 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically in German by 10:00 on 14 October 2026. Price is the only award criterion. Alternative tenders are not permitted, but multiple main tenders may be submitted. The bidder must demonstrate suitability using the required declaration or an entry in the construction-company prequalification register, and provide further evidence if requested.
