Conversion of the School Club at Marienberg Special Education School Centre – Drywall Works, Lot 4

Summary

The tender covers the conversion of the basement in Building 2 of the Marienberg special education school centre into rooms for all-day activities and a school club. The works include approximately 260 m² of acoustic suspended grid ceilings, 80 m² of partition walls, 45 m² of fire protection cladding for steel beams, a further 70 m² of partition walls, and work relating to building services. The works are scheduled for 16 November 2026 to 30 June 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 13 October 2026 at 14:00.
