Steinbach road construction – 3rd construction phase

Summary

This tender concerns road construction works for the Steinbach 3rd construction phase in Steinbach, Moritzburg. The project comprises 11 work packages, including geophysical surface surveying (~2,600 m2), three retaining walls (~20 m each), road excavation (~1,900 m2), removal and disposal of unbound material (~1,045 m3), planum (~1,900 m2), frost protection layer (~650 m3), drainage and utility works (pipes and manholes), road construction, paving and related works. The works are located in Steinbach, Moritzburg. The planned start is 22 February 2027 and the expected completion date is 28 April 2028. The contract is not divided into lots. The award criterion is price (100% weight). Bids are to be submitted electronically in German; tender documents are provided electronically. A bid guarantee of 5% of the contract sum (including VAT) applies; a performance and defects guarantee of 3% of the invoiced amount applies after acceptance. The procurement will be conducted under the VOB/A framework.
