Lead agency for planning and construction of a trade fair stand for IHM 2027 in Munich

Summary

The tender seeks a lead agency to plan, manage and implement the ARGE’s exhibition stand and related communications for the International Handwerksmesse (IHM) 2027 in Munich. The contractor will coordinate architecture and design, stand construction, and multimedia (audio, video, lighting) and graphics, while ensuring adherence to the ARGE’s CI/CD. Deliverables include design development and 3D visualization, execution planning at 1:50 scale, construction supervision, budget management and tendering control for all trades, development and implementation of a communication concept, photoshoots, poster design and exhibition modules, animations, infographics, and IHM website CMS content. The work also encompasses management of press/marketing materials and three to five exhibitor stories.
