HLS technical installations in exterior facilities

Summary

This tender concerns the installation and connection of HLS (heating, ventilation and sanitation) technical installations in exterior facilities for the Neue Erschließung Studentenstadt project in Munich, administered by Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern. The scope includes AB2 water supply lines (H12), AB3 and AB4 water and sewer connections (WZS3; WZS2; H13, H14, H9, H10), AB5 atrium drainage trenches, and AB6 sewer connections (H13). Works are carried out in sections, sometimes in parallel, and include dismantling of drainage and disposal lines and associated remediation work to existing drainage and sewer infrastructure.
