Roof and light-band renovation at AM Overath

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation of the roof and three light bands at the Autobahn maintenance facility Overath (AM Overath). The roof area is approximately 3,200 m2. The existing waterproofing consists of a plastic foil membrane that has been extensively damaged by hail and can no longer guarantee long-term waterproofing. The renovation will install a new waterproofing layer on the existing roof structure and replace the three light bands. The aim is to restore the roof’s functionality and waterproofing while preserving the existing insulation, drainage, and fittings as much as possible. The works must be carried out by a qualified contractor in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and applicable technical standards.
