SWDD / Time-based contract works in Zittau and Görlitz

Summary

This tender covers recurring building maintenance, repair and incident-response works for buildings and facilities under the Dresden Studentenwerk administration in the Zittau and Görlitz area. Works are to be performed under time-based contracts from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2029 (3 years with an option to extend by 1 year).
