They must ensure subcontractors also meet the same obligations and provide necessary evidence. Bids are based on the bidder's own prices; no collusion on pricing should have occurred. The bid may require a reliability declaration and, if needed, additional supporting documents (taxes, social security, and labor law compliance). Invoices and payment terms shall comply with contract terms. In case of subcontracting, notification and data about subcontractors must be provided, ensuring subcontractors have no past issues. Confidentiality and data protection obligations must align with applicable data protection laws.
