Locking service

Summary

The tender concerns a daily locking service for Fraunhofer IZFP at the Saarbrücken Campus E3.1, Monday to Friday, including a final inspection of all building parts A–D to ensure secure nightly handover. The contract runs from 1 March 2027 to 28 February 2031 (48 months) with up to two 12-month extensions; prices are fixed for the entire term. Award is based on the most economically advantageous tender with weights: price 50%, organization and execution 20%, reaction and outage management 10%, qualification of personnel 10%, quality assurance and documentation 10%. Bidder must submit with the tender: current liability insurance; separate references per the performance description; service concept; detailed offer; qualification declarations (F010); tariff fidelity declaration (F011); EU sanctions declaration (F017); and other evidence as required by tender documents.
