Construction site setup – Lot 2

Summary

The tender concerns construction site setup and logistics in the Morsering area of Munich. The works include approximately 200 m of construction power cables, construction power distribution cabinets, around 20 m of construction water piping, temporary lighting, traffic management and cleaning, clearance of approximately 400 m² of site area, removal of 22 m of hedge, protection of trees and root areas, and excavation, sampling, storage and removal of approximately 394 m³ of soil. The scope also includes approximately 1,120 m² of construction and traffic surfaces, 81 m² of storage areas, 112.5 m of temporary covered pedestrian route, approximately 200 m of site fencing, and provision of waste containers. The bidder must demonstrate suitability, relevant previous experience and the availability of the required workforce, submit the required declarations, and prepare the bid in German. The bid deadline is 6 October 2026 at 09:15, and the works are planned for 23 November 2026 to 1 April 2028.
